Start the website through localhost

This React/Vite entry point needs an HTTP server. Opening index.html directly with file:// prevents the application modules from loading.

In Terminal, open the linkme-netlify project folder and run:

npm install
npm run dev

Then open http://localhost:5173/. Keep Terminal running while viewing the website.

For the production build, run npm run build followed by npm run preview, then open http://localhost:4173/.
